Mr. Menard began his mediation practice in 2008. Since then, Mr. Menard has mediated hundreds of cases involving business, commercial, real estate, employment, partnership, unfair competition, infringement and personal injury matters. In addition to his private mediation practice, Mr. Menard offers his services as a panelist for the California Association of Realtors and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
Mr. Menard is certified by the Los Angeles County Bar Association to conduct mediations and is a former panelist of the now defunct Los Angeles Superior Court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. Mr. Menard is a member of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA), and has participated in numerous mediation training courses and seminars, including the basic and advanced mediation training programs offered by the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and programs presented by the SCMA, the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law, the USC Gould School of Law, and the United States District Court.
