BWO Partner Ken White, whose practice includes First Amendment law and free speech issues, has been selected to give the keynote address at the West Coast Regional Conference of the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education.  FIRE is the preeminent organization defending the free speech and due process rights of students and faculty in higher education.  “FIRE is a remarkable and important institution, and I’m thrilled to be talking about today’s important free speech issues at their conference,” said Mr. White.
