Jack B. Osborn and Mark J. Andrew Flory, attorneys with Brown White & Osborn LLP, have been certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as Certified Specialists in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.
The rigorous process of becoming a certified specialist requires that an attorney take and pass a written examination in the specialty field, demonstrate a high level of experience in the specialty field, fulfill ongoing education requirements, and be favorably evaluated by other attorneys and judges familiar with their work. The State Bar of California certifies legal specialists to help the public identify attorneys who have demonstrated proficiency in their specialized fields of law.
When asked about becoming a certified specialist, Jack Osborn commented, “I am pleased that our firm is able to offer two certified specialists in the area of Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.
