  • Provided legal counsel for dining contract serving over 70,000 students.
  • Negotiated entertainment contract for celebrity campus performances.
  • Provided advice and guidance in the sale and purchase of businesses.
  • Negotiated multi-million-dollar international technology licensing agreement with multiple European conglomerates for sales ranging from $5 million to over $25 million.
  • Negotiated a $20 million multiyear technology licensing agreement with a major United States petroleum corporation.
  • Developed and negotiated joint venture and partnership agreements for product bundling and market introduction worldwide resulting in revenues in excess of $5 million.
