  • Represented a major bank accused of failure to disclose material information to shareholders in a class action.
Other Matters
  • Represented, on a pro bono basis, asylum applicants from Central America before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and immigration court.
General Fraud Cases
  • Conducted multiple federal criminal investigations of complex, multi-million fraud schemes involving several thousand victims
  • Coordinated multi-agency federal criminal investigations into federal and state benefits fraud
Public Corruption Investigations
  • Conducted federal criminal investigation involving members of law enforcement involving public corruption in performance of duties.
Bribery and Extortion Investigations
  • Conducted federal criminal investigation involving members of law enforcement involving receipt of bribes and extortion conduct.
